デンプン論文

1は貝製道具（貝刃など）とデンプン質植物との関係，特に道具の機能についての研究です。2は残存デンプン粒分析を用いて石製ナイフの機能分析を行っています。

貝製品から残存デンプン粒が検出された結果は非常に興味深いと思います。
